A very special watch from Stockholm-based TRIWA came in last week. Take a look below..
Founded in 2007, TRIWA is a young and independent watch and accessory brand dedicated to transforming the perception of the status symbol into a symbol of style. All TRIWA watches and accessories are born in Stockholm, where the city’s stark landscapes, diverse architecture and inquisitive people are the foundation for innovation. Each TRIWA product is a thoughtful juxtaposition of classic silhouettes, Swedish contemporary design and curated materials. With one eye on fashion, and the other on design, TRIWA creates the products they want to wear themselves. This watch in particular is from the ‘Sort of Black’ collection. The Sort of Black series is a collaboration between conceptual mastermind Rasmus Storm (CPH) and TRIWA (STHLM). The collection carries six watches developed from which I’m wearing the one that is named ‘Sort of Black Glow/Gold‘ (it’s no.1 on the images below).

I find it hard to purchase a watch I undoubtedly like. I often find don’t like on of the features on it. All of these TRIWA’s however make me go nuts. Look at the double wrap strap of no.5 and what about the super mysterious appearance of no.1?! Enjoy your day lovelies, I’ll be running errands in Amsterdam again. Would be awesome if the sun is out there, hoping the weather gods are with me today. xx!
